Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to take ownership of high-value and varied projects from inception through to completion.

The successful candidate will have a broad remit of responsibility ranging from engaging stakeholders, project governance, and project delivery whilst providing leadership across multiple teams to achieve project milestones.

Core Requirements and Role Objectives

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet customers’ specifications
  • Managing project schedules, budgets and KPIs

This is a full-time position, based in Allied Protek’s Grimsby offices with occasional travel.

  • Creating detailed E&I designs, schematics, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).
  • Develop wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and panel layouts for industrial projects.
  • Assist in the selection of cables, instrumentation, control systems, and power distribution equipment.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g. BS, IEC ATEX).
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
  • Perform site surveys and incorporate field data into designs.
