From working many years in the engineering sector, Allied Protek has manufactured bespoke equipment for a number of major, blue chip clients. As such, we have taken a natural step into site delivery and commission the end users’ equipment, alongside aiding our clients with new builds, factory consolidation and plant processes.

Whether our client requires the installation of a new line, or a complete factory relocation, Allied Protek’s dedicated team has the skillset and experience of factory installations and relocations at production facilities worldwide, to ensure that the project is carried out on time and in budget.

We believe planning is key for a successful factory installation, and our engineers carry out assessments of lines, which includes the creation of detailed plans to disassemble, relocate, reassemble and re-commission your equipment with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.

SITE SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

By providing a high level of infrastructure and client compliant practices to all site operations, Allied Protek will ensure the following are taken care of at all times:

» Site office, storage and training facilities
» Fencing and signage to immediate work areas
» PPE, prepare safety training, and inductions for all our operatives
» Lifting / transportation equipment for the safe removal and installation of equipment
» Access Equipment in the form of fixed scaffolds, scissor lifts for working platforms
» Electrical transformers for power tools
» Protection sheeting for equipment / product streams through CDM
